About The Mediator
Corbie Coy
Corbie is a Utah State Bar licensed attorney and Utah State Court Rostered mediator.
Using alternative dispute resolution techniques, Corbie seeks to make all parties feel seen, heard, and understood. She feels strongly that, when possible, reaching an agreement through negotiation rather than litigation leads to a better outcome for all involved.
Open-minded and approachable, Corbie keeps the mediation process informal and unintimidating. She prides herself on guiding clients toward creative agreements tailor-made for their own families, finances, and future. Our office is LGBTQ+ friendly and Corbie is well-versed in crafting creative outcomes for modern-families. She is the perfect fit for parties who seek a win-win for all involved.
An active member of Utah Council on Conflict Resolution and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Corbie works closely with other collaborative-leaning professionals, including fellow mediators and attorneys, all of whom aim to help clients avoid unnecessary, expensive, and lengthy court battles.
Holding both a Utah Division of Real Estate Sales Agent license and a Utah Division of Real Estate Mortgage Originator license, Corbie has extensive experience in the area of real property. This makes her a great choice for a variety of real estate conflicts including landlord/tenant, purchase contract disputes, and domestic cases where the division of real property is a central issue.
